This is a quick and easy gluten and dairy free snack. If you don’t eat dates often, this recipe may change your mind! This is simple to make and is so yummy. Personally, I’m a little addicted to it, just need to make sure you don’t have too many!
Ingredients
You just need 3 Ingredients:
5 dried dates (can use semi-dried Medjool dates) • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or preferred nut butter e.g. peanut butter or tahini). Get the nut butter with mostly nuts in the ingredients. • 5 raw almonds (or preferred nut)
Method
Open each date in the centre to make a cup. Spoon in 1/5 of the almond butter in each and then top with 1 almond.
