Seeds are packed with nutrition and so easily incorporated into your diet. This seed mix is high in fibre, plant based omega 3 healthy fats and many other vitamins and minerals (refer to blog articles on each ingredient coming soon). Simply make this seed mix up in bulk and sprinkle 2 teaspoons each day on cereal, yoghurt, salad, vegetables or blend into smoothies etc
- 250g chia seeds (black or white)
- 250g linseeds or flaxseeds (brown or golden)
- 125g pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
Mix seeds well to combine and store in an airtight jar. Add 2 teaspoons daily to cereal, yoghurt, salad, vegetables, smoothies etc.
