A nutritious breakfast that is perfect for when you’re craving a smoothie and very filling too! It’s also a great source of dietary fibre and protein.
- ½ cup mango pieces
- 1 scoop (21g) protein powder e.g. Sunwarrier rice protein powder
- ¼ – ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon traditional oats
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (i used ¾ cup soy and ¼ cup coconut)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp stevia powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into serving glass and top with chopped mango and additional seeds. Consume immediately!
