The upper thighs and legs are often hard places to tone, I have the same problem. Here’s a great 5 minute leg toning video you can do to try and tone your thighs. Note: even though it’s just 5 minutes, it’s a tough one but you feel great afterwards! Now if only I could do this a few times per day… 😉
