We will put together some goals for you to work on as well as a personalised meal plan. If you have any other health or dietary concerns like needing to lose weight or reduce cholesterol, we can also target these goals providing you with a comprehensive plan.
HOW IT WORKS
At your initial appointment, we will review your diet history, medical history, symptoms, goals, current food intake, likes/dislikes and any food allergies/intolerances.
After your consultation we will put together goals that were discussed, supplementary information including food lists and a personalised meal plan to follow. Follow- up appointments will involve reviewing your progress, any struggles you had, updating your goals and meal plan and discussing your next steps.
