Would you like to lose weight and get into healthier eating habits? We can help you learn how to nourish your body while losing weight with a healthy non-diet approach. Learn which foods to swap, which foods to increase or reduce and how to boost general nutrition while you’re at it. Learn habits that will help you with maintaining the lost weight too.
We will put together a tailored eating guide and meal plan to help you lose weight in a healthy way. And provide resources so that you can swap out meal or snack options and tailor your plan further. If you have a health condition that can be managed through diet, we will discuss this at your consultation and tailor your plan for this too.
HOW IT WORKS
At your initial appointments, we will review your to review your diet history, medical history, goals, currently food intake, likes/dislikes and any food allergies/intolerances.
After your consultation we will put together goals that were discussed, supplementary information including food lists and a personalised meal plan to follow. Follow- up appointments will involve reviewing your progress, any struggles you had, updating your goals and meal plan and discussing your next steps.
